Kate has been with Flora Victoria since 2009 and brings a wealth of experience as a direct seeding consultant, project manager, and land management specialist. As Managing Director, Kate leads with a deep commitment to ecological restoration and sustainable land management.
In her spare time, Kate enjoys staying active through sports, camping, and bushwalking. Living on the Mornington Peninsula, she embraces the best of both worlds – the tranquillity of the bush and the beauty of the beach.
Nicole Black
Operations Manager
Nicole joined Flora Victoria in 2019 and now leads our day-to-day operations with great care and expertise. She manages our dedicated team and ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys gardening, camping, and spending time outdoors. Her love for nature extends into the community, where she shares her passion as a committed Scout leader.
