Chris Findlay

Ass Dip App Sci (VCAH Burnley)

A founding director of Flora Victoria, Chris’s roles include marketing, consulting for direct seeding projects and developing new directions for the company.

Chris has always had an interest in plants, especially ones with nice flowers, which has developed over the years into a passion for re-creating inspiring indigenous landscapes and high diversity ecological restoration.

When not at work, Chris enjoys being immersed in the natural environment, from the Victorian Volcanic Plains to the arid country of the Australian Outback and everything in between.

Kate Hill

BSc (Ecology and Sustainability)

Kate holds the position of manager and has been working at Flora Victoria since 2009. Besides her role of managing staff and work sites, Kate is a direct seeding consultant, project manager and land management specialist.

In her spare time Kate enjoys snowboarding, camping and bushwalking and trail running.

Kate has a love of the outdoors and lives on the Mornington Peninsula where she enjoys the best of both worlds, the beach and the bush.

Graeme Hoxley

BSc Geology, Grad Dip Land Rehabilitation.

Graeme is a founding director of Flora Victoria who in recent times has been focussed on managing the seed production side of the business.

Graeme originally qualified in geology, but took a long detour down corporate pathways as a manager and specialist in job design and as a national level union official, eventually finding his way back via post graduate studies in land rehabilitation.

Graeme still likes rocks, but prefers to climb them, especially if they have snow on top.
